 How Ted Martin has failed McKinley Elementary

• Under Mr. Martin's "leadership" McKinley has suffered a 3.4 point drop since his tenure began.  Going from 5 stars and 'Significantly Exceeds Expectations' to 4 stars and only 'Exceeds Expectations'

• Instead of stepping up and taking responsibility Ted Martin tries to blame teachers for his failures.
  
• McKinley has the worst Teacher Satisfaction scores in the district. 
• Ted Martin's "leadership" has caused him to lose the trust of Staff and Teachers.
• Lying on teacher evaluations.
• Punishing teachers with reprimands and PIPs when they question whether his decisions are what's best for the school.
• Trying to ban teachers from attending public school meetings.
• Veteran teachers have left the school to escape his toxic environment and poor leadership.
